Our 6 week sessions introduce you to the intimate and exhilarating movements of exotic dancing, pole dancing and lap dancing. Get the confidence and body of an exotic dancer and learn sultry, all-out gorgeous sensual stripper dance moves with our Art of Exotic Dance Session. Class starts with a energizing warm-up and stretch, then into a series of stiletto cat-walks, beautiful hip rolls, turns and spins, and sexy floor and leg work. The studio vibe includes hot music, dim lighting and a club-like atmosphere. Theme clothing suggested and discussed in the first class. You'll get a new sense of excitement and release endorphines as you discover how to move your body in this very special dance form! Sessions are for beginners of all shapes, sizes and ages. Purchase must be made by or before the first class of the session.  MISSED CLASS POLICY If you miss a class, you can make up the class at the next session. New sessions start every month. Call the Welcome Desk and let them know what class you missed and they will give you the date and time for the makeup class. Missed classes are the student's responsibility so make sure your schedule will accommodate your attendance before registering.  WHAT TO WEAR For your first class, please bring comfortable fitness or yoga style clothing and high heels or boots. Clothing guidelines will be discussed in detail on first day of class. You may also bring a towel and bottled water. Remember, Flex Appeal Girls always wear fun, sexy attire, It's the nature of our studio. CLASS LENGTH Class meets once a week (same day and time.)
