Drop-in pole classes are 60 minutes and are open to all students. See below for class descriptions, attire, and various levels. Space is limited and reservations are required for all pole classes. Reservations can be made only within 24 hours prior to the start of class and only one person per reservation. Group reservations are not accepted.

POLE FITNESS 
This cardio strength building class uses our stripper poles as a resistance and support tool. You'll be squatting, lifting and holding onto the pole for a total body conditioning workout! The squatting segment in this class will sculpt and tighten your booty of an 18 year old! - This class is unforgiving! Bring tennis shoes.

POLE DANCING 
For all levels, this trendy, upbeat dance class will take you through some sexy pole dancing moves with some basic pole spins. At the end of the class you will have learned a fun mini-choreographed routine along with a hot new skill set! We'll turn even the shyest performers into toned, sultry vixens. Bring high heels.
 
POLE SCULPT Want to increase the way you burn calories?  Resistance is the key to this workout and designed for those at every fitness level, including basic moves for the entire body utilizing a resistance band. This workout focuses on toning, strengthening and elongating the muscle fibers, to provide you with a firm lifted physic and well conditioned body improving your overall cardiovascular health.  Students will also benefit with improved flexibility and range of motion as well as increased endurance and balance.  Not only will this class build lean fat burning muscle for your body while at rest, but fat is also being burnt as you workout!

POLE BALLET 

That's right...a ballet class on the pole! But this is not just an ordinary ballet class. Get ready to twist, turn, spin, and extend your body into a toned and sexy masterpiece. Combining up-beat dance music with classic ballet movement and fitness inspired dance steps, you will find yourself feeling like a ballet goddess as you glide gracefully around the pole! No experience needed.

POLE TRICKS
For all levels.
Get ready to learn some of the hottest and sexiest pole moves out there! Tone your muscles and work on your upper body strength as you spin, climb and flip around the pole. No choreography is taught, just cool pole tricks for one full hour! Please wear shorts and a tee and bring your sexiest high heeled shoes or just go bare foot.

POLE TRICKS LEVEL 2 
*Pre-requisite of 3 of our regular pole tricks classes. Take it to the next level and learn intermediate to advanced pole tricks, spins, inversions and floor moves to tone and strengthen (seriously) your entire body! Again, no choreography is taught, just intermediate and some advanced pole tricks. Wear shorts and a tee and bring your sexiest high heeled shoes or just go bare foot.
