Classes |
You'll feel like a star while you get into shape with all of
our fun and effective drop-in fitness and dance classes. We create classes with incredible music, dim
lights and on-going continuous movements your body will love! Drop-ins are for all fitness levels and
are open to all students, no reservations required except for sexy cycle classes. Reservations for sexy cycle
can be made within 24 hours prior to the start of class and only one person per reservation. Group reservations
are not accepted. See below for class descriptions, attire and levels.
SEXY CYCLE Want to lose 650 calories in one hour? Spin cycle classes
are an exceptional (and intense) over-all body workout will tone and melt away inches everywhere! Ride with us on
our stationary bikes where you'll climb, sprint, and train to incredible music. Please wear shorts or fitted pants (no flairs)
and bring a towel and water bottle!
ABS AND ASS What do women really want? A great booty and a tiny
waist! This class will kick your ASS! Combining exercises on the pole and mats to tone and shape the rear (the butt) and the
front (the abs). Need we say more? Please wear comfortable fitness clothing and tennis shoes.
SEXY SLIM FITNESS Sculpt your body slim with this amazing workout using small hand weights and dance
to tone the entire body. The secret is using large and slow, controlled motions that lengthen and strengthen the arms, abs,
gluts and legs. Lose inches and see guaranteed results. For all fitness levels. Barefoot, no shoes required.
BURLESQUE Historically, burlesque performers often created elaborate sets with lush,
colorful costumes, mood-appropriate music, and dramatic lighting. Get ready to work your body into the solid, toned, sexy
figure of a dancer while shakin your hips and snappin your fingers. Burn some calories and have some fun in this sophisticated,
sultry, spicy dance class. No dance experience required.
CHAIR DANCE Chair dancing combines the art of sensual dance using a chair as one’s "dance
partner" to create an eye-catching performance while incorporating a fun workout! Burn calories, gain flexibility and
learn poses, spins, floorwork, chair pivots and more at a pace everyone can follow.
